We are not responsible for loss or theft of valuable’s function venue during the function.

The taste of food remains maintained upto 4 hours from the actual time agree with the party.

Buffet counters, light, kitchen, water, wash basin, any other furniture, liner, etc. will be provided by the party.

Party plot/hall should be handed to us 24 hours before the function to set up food counters and preparation to food.

Rent of utensils and any other charges due to monopoly of wadi/party plot have to be paid by the party.

Any inconvenience / difficulty to us due to monopoly conditions will have to be managed by the party.

Electrical points wherever required will have to provide by party(Three phase point in kitchen).

Changes if any, in the menu will be accepted a week before the function. No changes on phone will be accepted.

Once order booked, cancellation will not be accepted.

For out station catering charge will be extra.

Executive P.R.O.’s and Mumbai boys, if required will be charged extra.(service or dinner will be available till 12 PM only)

75% of the payment should be deposited prior to the function any further amount due will be settled within 3 days after the function.

If ant number of pax extending guaranteed number of person would be charged. At the actual @rate finalised of per person.

Taxes extra as applicable (bill compulsory within 3 days after the function.)

Oral comer station of the confirm date will not be expected until the advanced payment received.

Moving starters will be served up to 2 hours only.

World cuisine items will be served with main course.

Exotic items will be charged extra.

For lunch party food will be served till 3 PM and dinner party food will be served till midnight 12PM.

Extra items, which are not included in package menu, will be charged additionally.
